Do you ever find yourself the only single one in your friendship group? Well, do not fret, for it could be far worse; you could be the only unmarried one! This is the situation that Bobby finds himself in for the entirety of Company - currently showing at the Oxford Playhouse

Times Change
On the whole, this is a show which centres on community and enjoyment, the team coming together to collaborate on a project for the sheer joy of it. It's always nice to see actors of any calibre truly having fun when performing and this was clear to see here.
All The Dead Men
Unfortunately there are some moments within the play where one is inclined to argue that the translation needs a little more work. It's a pity that the script itself falters at times, as I can't help but wonder how the play may have been different with some structural edits.
Good Evening My Fellow Citizens
Was this the sort of show that I could see having a life at Fringe? Absolutely! Watching the final night of the short run did not feel like the end, but rather the end of the first chapter in this musical's journey. For now, colour me impressed.
A Little Cloudburst
If there are any tickets remaining, I wholeheartedly recommend seeing this musical. It is a wonderful rendition of the story and an excellent show as a whole. For laughs, fun and a tale that will no doubt tug at the heartstrings, join EMS in Queens College this week.
Shadows
Shadows is a new performance by Cassa Pancho's Ballet Black, or more accurately two performances. Lasting around 45 minutes each, these two performances tell vastly different stories. Both are beautiful in their own right and a testament to the skill of the performers and choreographer Chanel DaSilva.
Not Mozart This Time
So, it's just been that time of year again... the time of year where I find myself wondering around in black tie, camera in hand while opera chaos descends. It's been a year of new exec, a new composer and an almost whole new cast... almost.
Are You with the Witch?
To say Darkside was a play is selling it short, rather it was a blending of mediums. As a reviewer I seek talent, innovation and quirks, but ultimately I look to be moved, to experience something new that makes me think differently about theatre. This was one of those moments.
I Don’t Believe It
If Clarendon Productions’ Amadeus is a story about raising Gods and ghosts there is no denying that they would have been appeased by such a display of energy and creativity. So much of the director’s personality shines through, which is a sign of quite how excellently his vision was realised.
A Letter From the Muses
Modern society asks us to pack away our creativity in favour of conformity, but what is the true cost of this?
